If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Bioleather will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Returns

  • We accept returns of unused and unaltered physical bio-leather material products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, uncut, and in original packaging, exactly as received.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, cutting, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued excluding shipping charges, as the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 1–2 weeks after successful receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used during purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Products purchased through third-party sellers, distributors, or retail partners are not eligible for refunds through Bioleather.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Bioleather is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Refunds will not be issued without actual receipt of the returned item or valid proof of delivery.

Inspection & Condition

  • All returned products are carefully inspected upon arrival.

  • In rare cases where a returned item is found to be in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the product back to the customer.
