Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including shipping address and product selection, are correct before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout.

Returns
We accept returns of unused and unaltered physical bio-leather material products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, uncut, and in original packaging, exactly as received.
Items that show signs of use, damage, cutting, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a full refund will be issued excluding shipping charges, as the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 1–2 weeks after successful receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used during purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Products purchased through third-party sellers, distributors, or retail partners are not eligible for refunds through Bioleather.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Bioleather is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection & Condition
All returned products are carefully inspected upon arrival.
In rare cases where a returned item is found to be in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the product back to the customer.
