Synthesis

Bioleather Microbial [R&D Series] is the apex of modern material science. Currently in pilot-phase testing, this material is grown in vertical bioreactors using specialized bacterial strains that secrete pure nanocellulose. This process eliminates the need for land, pesticides, and complex agricultural logistics. The result is a chemically inert, ultra-pure “hide” that can be engineered at the molecular level for specific density and flexural requirements.
