Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Use scripts and sales strategies to engage potential customers, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities using the provided CRM software.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and share insights.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products/services.
  • Attend sales training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance selling skills and techniques.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and insights.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or related roles.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
  • Persuasive and persistent with excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and tools.
  • Prior experience in the industry of the products/services being offered is a plus.
