- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and insights.

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or related roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Persuasive and persistent with excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
